  • Once you know your price range, the fun begins!

  • We’ll explore listings that match your criteria — neighborhood, budget, lifestyle, and must-have features.

  • I’ll set up tours, send new listings as soon as they hit the market, and help you evaluate each option strategically.

Make an Offer

  • When you find “the one,” I’ll help you write a strong, competitive offer based on market data and recent sales.

  • I’ll also handle the negotiation to make sure you get the best possible terms.

Home Inspection & Appraisal

  • After your offer is accepted, you’ll schedule a home inspection to check the property’s condition.

  • Your lender will also order an appraisal to ensure the home’s value matches the loan amount.

  • I’ll guide you through both steps and help you negotiate repairs or credits if needed.

Final Loan Approval

  • Once the inspection and appraisal are complete, your lender will finalize the loan.

  • This is when you’ll lock in your interest rate, review your closing disclosure, and prepare for the big day.

Closing Day

  • You’ll meet with the title company (or sign digitally) to complete all final documents, pay closing costs, and officially become the homeowner!

  • Once the transaction is recorded, you’ll receive your keys — and it’s time to celebrate !
